The observation deck on the rooftop and the restaurants on 61st and 62nd levels offer panoramic views of the city and are very popular entertainment and tourism spots in Singapore.

Elevator Equipment health check and maintenance audit

Traffic Simulations and analysis

Modernization design to enhance the lift performance and waiting times

Modernization specification including maintenance contract specification

Bid evaluation and award

Shop drawing and submittal review

Project management and execution & Handover inspections
