Besides lift engineering, also contributed to non – lift engineering, eg mechanical engineering and wind studies information. Look to Elevating Studio to continue to share market good practices – like covid 19, benchmarked lift performances among local buildings – so that each building can strive to be better. Continue records and do a dashboard. Explore providing lift and escalator training.

Nothing less than a 10 ! We engaged ES for audit checks after countless month of lift breakdown for 2 lifts in the development and they were able to pick up discrepancies within a very short span through their various testing and observation. The issues were resolved with the current maintenance crew. ES has been prompt in following up with the necessary actions to see that the case is finally put to a closure. We are delighted with their service and professionalism in explaining the fine details of the report. No brainer to refer ES to anyone who needs an independent audit for lifts.

Perhaps Elevating Studio inspector could give us some basic training of the lift and escalator inspectionand what should we take note for each time contractor complete the servicing. It will be useful for us to lookout for any abnormalilty of the equipment.
