Commercial Building consist of 8 elevators. GIC Real Estate International Japan K.K. (‘The Client’) owns the above development comprising of a hotel with 844 hotel rooms suites over 37 floors. The building was completed in 1986, it consists of 13 elevators – 8 guest elevators (Hitachi) and 5 service elevators (Mitsubishi)
