Although a lift may be safe to operate and complies with all the latest safety requirements, it can still be unreliable, depending on how well the lift was installed or how well it is maintained. To guarantee not only the safety but also the reliability of your lifts, we can combine the safety examination and certification with additional quality inspections and audits, to verify the reliability and quality of the lifts and escalators.
- Our “Standard Inspection – Maintenance” is a combination of a “Essential Inspection” and a “Maintenance Audit”. Besides examining the lift for potential safety risks or noncompliance, we will also address all reliability issues caused by lack of maintenance. We will follow up the maintenance defects with your maintenance provider until corrected and resolved.
- Our “Standard Inspection – Handover” is a service for newly installed or modernized lifts. This service is a combination of a “Essential Inspection” and a “Handover Inspection”. Besides examining the lift for potential safety risks or noncompliance, we will also address all reliability issues found with the new lifts or newly modernized lifts and we will prepare a defect list for the hand-over of the equipment.
