Project: Booking.com Headquarters
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Scope of Works: Elevating Studio was engaged to conduct a peer review and re-design of the VT system, based on sophisticated traffic simulations. Although the building is realtively low-rise, the traffic patterns are very complicated due to the many restaurants throughout the building, as well as the coffee shop on level 2 and the many daily visitors expected.
Building Information:
The building will consist of 65,000m2 office, 20,000m2 parking and 7,500m2 apartments. The modern and very open office building will be used by one single tenant (Booking.com) with 4500 workplaces. The 11 story high building must be designed to also serve several restaurants, a night-club and eventually multiple tenants
Project Details:
Bouwfonds Property Development is developing an 225,000m2 mix-use building in the city centre of Amsterdam, which will serve as the new headquarters for Booking.com. The Architect of this spectecular building is UN Studio / Ben van Berkel
Project Description:
