Evolveland Bhd is developing a new hotel in Miri, Sarawak. The hotel will be operated by Ibis.

Benefits/Results:

Optimized VT design with the right balance between core space needed (number of shafts), traffic performance (average waiting time, car fill rates and % long waits), and costs (number of lifts and lift speed). Several options of the location of various hotel services (front desk, restaurant and MICE) were analyzed and the most optimal solution chosen.
