Scope of Works:
Elevating Studio was engaged to conduct a peer review and to produce a complete re-design of the VT system, based on sophisticated traffic simulations and analysis, and to make sure that the VT system will fitt in the very narrow pillar-shape core. Number, speed and car size of passenger lifts and service lifts has been optimed to ensure satisfactiry performance.
Building Information:
COD b.v. (Cradle Of Development) is developing a new 650 room, 4 star business hotel, located near the Rai in Amsterdam. The Rai hotel will be the largest hotel in the BeNeLux countries (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg)
The hotel is designed by OMA architects. The RAI hotel will be operated by NH Hotel Group Madrid, Spain
Project Details:
Cradle Of Development is developing a premium hotel opposite to the RAI, one of the largest exhibition and conference centers in The Netherlands. The iconic hotel tower is designed by OMA and operated by the NH Hotel Group. The development will encompass special facilities on the top most floors, such as a TV studio, gallery, meeting rooms, sculpture garden, spa, restaurant & bar.
