Project: The River

Scope of Works: Maintenance Audit, Asset Management and Safety Inspection and Certification

Building Information:

At over 200’000 square meters of development, The River is one of Thailand’s largest inner city developments, comprising twin towers of 72 and 44 stories thus making it also one of Bangkok’s tallest structures, at more than 250 meters of height. Designed by architect Hans Brouwer, this new iconic landmark affords a high degree of variation within nearly 1,000 residential units in terms of type, location, orientation and height.

Project Description:

Elevating Studio was engaged to inspect and provide asset management services for the Vertical Transportation system of the River, conduct technical audits and inspections, and to prepare a multiple year asset plan for the key components. Elevating Studio has also tested the elevators and escalators as per EN81 and EN115 safety norms, and certified the safety of the equipment.
