Scope of Works:

Elevating Studio was engaged to perform full scope Vertical Transportation Design, traffic simulations, technical specifications and hand-over inspections

Building Information:

The project consists of a retail podium, one super-tall office tower and a residential tower. The towers are approximately 68 stories and 300m tall. The total gross floor area of the development will be 218.500sqm. The development is owned by PT. Indonesia Prima Property Tbk. in Jakarta

The Wisma Sudirman project is a grade A building complex designed to be a visually dramatic and towering landmark. It includes a retail podium, one office tower and one residential tower. Design by KPF in New York

Project Details:

Tuansing Properties and GIC are developing a Grade A mix use development in Jakarta CBD area. The development consists of one high rise residential tower with private lifts, a grade A office tower and a high end retail podium with 8 level car-park. The building is designed by KPF.

Project Description:

Scope of work consists of complete new design services for the VT system in the project – traffic simulations and analysis, concept design, definitive design, contract / technical specifications, bid review, site inspections and hand-over inspections

Benefits/Results:

Optimized VT design with the right balance between core space needed (number of shafts), traffic performance (average waiting time, car fill rates and % long waits), and costs (number of lifts and lift speed) for the 3 different building types
